Brittny Anderson is a lifelong resident of the Kootenays, an M.Sc in Environmental Science and Policy, and a former small-business owner. Elected as MLA for Nelson-Creston in 2020 and 2024, Brittny previously served her community as a Nelson city councillor and board member for the Regional District of Central Kootenay. Like so many people in the Kootenays, Brittny is passionate about spending time outdoors, and can often be found hiking with her family and her dogs Stella and Boreal.
Brittny knows that while the Kootenays may be far away from the BC legislature, this community and the people who live here are at the heart of everything the BC NDP team is doing.
From delivering more housing, to improving healthcare and taking bold action on climate change, Brittny and the BC NDP team are putting what matters to you ahead of powerful interests.
We’re building a BC where you don’t just get by, you get ahead — and we won’t stop until the job is done.
Love making phone calls and talking to people? Are your thumbs ready to text? Do you have a lawn that would look great with one of our signs? We’d love to hear from you.
Thanks for supporting Brittny Anderson and David Eby’s BC team. Let’s keep moving BC forward — for all of us.
